Lauren is a leader, role model and inspiration for her profession. She is not only a successful real estate professional, but she is an ambassador for the Stone brand. She has had an outstanding career with a long list of high achievements and a reputation for being the best. Years of hard work and experience has given her a strong work ethic and savvy business sense that has helped her drive and manage a very successful agency.
Lauren jointly bought the Agency in 2015 and in doing so became the youngest business owner in the Real Estate Network, Victoria. Three months later she bought another and amalgamated the two. In the following 12 months Lauren doubled the size of her team and transformed this business to become one of the leading agencies in Mornington.
Lauren is a passionate and determined high achiever. She gives no less than 100% in every endeavour, and her list of achievements highlights her focus, drive and natural abilities. In 2016 Lauren was a finalist in the Optus My Business Awards for Business Woman of the Year and the agency was the winner for Franchise Business of the Year (the prestigious national awards recognise the best businesses and individuals across Australia). In 2018 Lauren won the Under 30 Entrepreneur Business Woman in the Peninsula Business Awards.
She is highly committed to personal development, and the same level of energy that Lauren has devoted to her business career is also channelled to helping the wider Bayside community. Lauren is a prominent member of The Mornington Chamber of Commerce, Mornington Business Network and many local community clubs. But there’s more to her story than meets the eye…
This remarkable drive and compassion hints at her extraordinary background. Lauren is a volunteer with Fusion Mornington Peninsula – the non-for-profit youth and community organisation in Mt Martha that offers supported accommodation for young people.
